CLEANING-12881 - USA (Jacksonville, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, NC.– Empty all trashcans and empty trash in dumpster. – Clean and disinfect countertops and sink in kitchen. – Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces in reception area. – Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs. – Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns. – Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions. – Wash and dry all interior and exterior glass. – Dust all Venetian blinds. – Sweep all uncarpeted floors and use damp mop.– Scrub all tile and linoleum floors with soap and water and rinse buff as appropriate to keep floor clean and shiny. (2) A mandatory site visit will be held on July 01, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
