Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), is seeking the services of an architectural firm, acting as the Prime Consultant and supported by a multi disciplinary team of subconsultants, to provide professional services for the design of a new Port of Entry facility at St. Leonard, New Brunswick.
