CLEANING-12972 - USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– Empty all trash cans and replace trash can liners. Include outside trash cans – Sweep and clean patios, ramp and steps of debris. Sweep entrance rugs. – Deposit all trash and boxes in available dumpster.– Clean countertops, sink, and floor in kitchen. – Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust.– Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces.– Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs.– Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns.– Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas, glass partitions and patios.– Damp wipe and polish all chrome surfaces.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 09, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory site visit will be held on July 08, 2026.
