(1) Vendor needs to provide defined contribution program consultant services to the government authority located in California.• Developing, refining, and maintaining glide path methodologies for all choice portfolios.• Conducting forward looking asset allocation modelling incorporating capital market assumptions, risk modelling and expected return analysis.• Developing implementation instructions for the recordkeeper, performing quality checks, and confirming correct execution.• Ensuring annual glide path updates occur on schedule and are documented, validated, and communicated.• Supporting staff through education, modelling demonstrations, and IPS–aligned rationale for glide path decisions.• Assistance drafting participant communications regarding glide path changes.• Assistance unitizing easy choice portfolios and development of fund fact sheets.• Quarterly investment monitoring report including fund performance vs. benchmarks and peer groups, watchlist recommendations, IPS compliance review, and market commentary.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
