(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape construction services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Construction or placement of park structures, storage facilities, ramadas, and park furniture;– Construction of multi–use trails and pedestrian bridges;– Installation of sports fields to include natural and artificial turf;– Replacement and new concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, sport courts, and asphalt paving;– Masonry and cast–in place walls, entry features, and seat walls;– Installation of new or retrofitted streetscapes including sidewalks, ADA ramps, pavers, tree grates and site furnishings;– Installation of storm water management facilities;– Installation of fencing;– Installation of regulating, way–finding and other specialty signage;– Removal of existing landscape;(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
