SCREENING-2703 - USA (Kansas, Missouri) - Workplace Investigative Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide workplace investigative services to the government authority located in Kansas, MO. – Pre–qualify proprietors, solo–practitioners, companies, or law firms for the potential to perform workplace investigations and any related services.– Workplace investigations and any related services, including supplying all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials.– Perform an objective and neutral investigation of each matter;– Develop a comprehensive record of allegations and evidence supporting and refuting the allegations to enable the department to make informed decisions regarding the matter;– Inform each participant of the investigator’s purpose in the investigation process, his or her obligation to keep the matter confidential and to be truthful, and of the department's prohibition against retaliation for initiating or participating in an investigation;(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11,2026.
