Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility network services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Utility Network project includes the conversion of existing geodatabases and the implementation of the ArcGIS Utility Network.– Execute a complete migration of existing Geometric Network datasets to the ArcGIS Utility Network model, including mapping of all features, relationships, and behaviours to the target structure. – Assess, cleanse, and standardize legacy GIS data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Utility Network requirements prior to migration, including the resolution of data quality issues. – Transform, load, and validate all required datasets into the enterprise geodatabase, ensuring compatibility with ArcGIS Enterprise and adherence to defined data models and standards. – Upgrade and configure ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and related components to supported versions required for Utility Network project, ensuring system stability and performance. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
