Water Damage Remediation Services for Disaster Events

What is the solicitation method? Sarasota County will contract with consultants to provide emergency water damage remediation services on an as-needed basis at countywide sites that have sustained damage from a disaster event. Work shall be conducted so that all rules, policies, and guidance issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are followed to the extent possible. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three years.
