(1) Vendor needs to provide audio system upgrades services to the government authority located in Milford, CT.– All labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the audio system upgrades of the city hall.– Provide a modern, reliable audio system that delivers exceptional speech intelligibility for boardmembers, staff, presenters, and members of the public.– The system shall be specifically designed for spoken–word reinforcement, with a focus on maximizing clarity, minimizing feedback, and providing consistent coverage throughout the auditorium.– The completed system shall ensure that participants can be heard clearly throughout meetings and public hearings while providing an intuitive and seamless user experience for staff, board members, and the public.– Work shall include, but not be limited to, removal of existing outdated equipment as necessary, installation of new equipment rack systems, loudspeaker systems, microphone systems.– Main chamber loudspeaker system.– Main chamber foldback monitoring system.– Microphone system.– AI–based feedback elimination processor.– Podium floor picket and presentation connectivity.– Room acoustics and system commissioning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 29, 2026.
