(1) Vendor needs to provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) consulting and support services. – Develop and establish an implementation plan and framework for AI.– Current State Assessment including current policy, governance structure, risk managementframework, regulatory compliance alignment, and organizational readiness.– Review agency’s existing AI strategy, policies, standards, and governance documents.– Identify required boundaries, safeguards, control gaps, and methodologies for responsible and compliant AI use.– The roadmap provides guidance for how agency continues to support traditional/statistical AI, how agency supports internal efficiencies through the use of Generative AI and how agency supports business process efficiency and customer experience improvements through the use of AI including Agentic AI.– AI Implementation Strategy which provides a three–year implementation roadmap.– The roadmap should lay out a clear strategy to progress from the current state to a future state which accounts for the potential use of agentic capabilities for both internal and external processes.– Agentic AI Evaluation: Agency has not committed to agentic AI as a strategic direction. This is an exploratory area.– The consultant will provide guidance on agentic AI concepts, including oversight, output validation, monitoring, failure modes, and cost structures such as consumption–based pricing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
