(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale meal plan management system that serves dining locations, mobile ordering, and credential management across the campus.– The system must operate online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week under normal operating conditions, to ensure accurate cardholder and transaction data for effective system information management, reporting, and auditing activities.• Oracle MICROS Simphony First Edition, the University’s current POS system.• Mobile and kiosk functionality• Grubhub Ultimate (mobile and kiosk)• Starbucks Connect• Vending (Cantaloupe and Apriva gateways)– A single web portal to manage all meal plans and stored value accounts.– Meal equivalency and meal exchange.– Generate all reports at any time without interrupting the online operation of the System– Account Membership Reports– Have the capacity to expand to support an unlimited cardholder database and number of meals and declining balance accounts.– Ability to track all cardholder accounts and to regulate transfers and rollovers from one account into another.– 24/7/365 fast response support with phone and email access as options– Training: a full complement of training materials and videos is to be provided, including a formal in–person or remote training course.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
