(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed environmental professional services to the government authority located in New London, CT.– Services related to this program may include, but are not limited to:▪ Completeness and compliance with EPA funding eligibility requirements▪ Demonstrated ability of site cleanup plans to achieve relevant remedial objectives and site regulatory closure▪ Quality and reliability of cost estimates for cleanup and proposed site redevelopment▪ Readiness for site redevelopment▪ Impact to human health and the environment– Community Involvement– Loans/Subgrants Cleanup Process– Oversee Site Cleanups(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
