Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до Порядку та умов надання у 2026 році освітньої субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам в частині створення сучасного освітнього простору, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 10 квітня 2026 року № 477, та з урахуванням вимог Типового переліку засобів навчання та обладнання для навчальних кабінетів і STEM-лабораторій, затвердженого наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України від 29 квітня 2020 року № 574 (у чинній редакції).
