Vendor needs to provide appraisal services to provide real estate appraisals, appraisal reviews and other real estate valuation services to facilitate transactions requiring real estate appraisal and valuation on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.• Appraise real estate and prepare Appraisal Reports in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.• Review and prepare appraisal review reports in accordance with the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct of the Appraisal Institute and the current uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.• Conduct real estate market research, data analysis, prepare opinions of value, assist in real estate negotiations, and provide general assistance to staff.
