(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical ambulance services to the government authority located in Sparta, WI.– 911 Emergency Medical Ambulance Services within the municipal boundaries of the city.– Provider must deliver high–quality advanced life support (ALS) paramedic–level service, maintain required staffing, support law enforcement tactical operations, provide event standby services, and ensure seamless communication with all public safety agencies– Provider must maintain two (2) ALS ambulances on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week– ALS unit arrival must occur within 8 minutes for 90% of emergency 911 calls.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
