(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel lodging service to the government authority located in Lexington, KY. – Providers to establish a contractual agreement for the provision of lodging accommodations in support of the university.– Secure consistent access to safe, appropriately located, and cost–effective lodging for eligible patients requiring overnight or extended stays due to their medical treatment or related care needs.– A leading provider, serves a large and diverse patient population across the commonwealth annually, many of whom require lodging due to treatment frequency, distance from home, and special medical considerations.– Pricing and billing ability to offer a fixed medical rate, waive applicable amenities or facility fees, provide direct billing to the university, and submit invoices in accordance with agreed–upon timelines and requirements. – Authorization and billing controls established controls and verification procedures to ensure that lodging reservations and charges billed to university.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14,2026.
