(1) Vendor needs to provide family first prevention services to the government authority located in Oswego, NY.– Families with children in out–of–home placements, in need of supervision and intervention, parenting time. Parenting time program is designed to shorten out of home placements and the time to achieve permanency by providing supervised visitation with a coordinated array of supports, education, coaching and counseling based on individual family needs.– The Family First Prevention / Parenting Time Program serves:• Families with children from infancy through age 18.• Families residing in Oswego County.• Families involved in protective, placement, or preventive services.• Families referred by OCDSS requiring parenting time across a continuum of high, medium, or low supervision and therapeutic intervention.• Safely reunite or reach other permanent living arrangements.• Strengthen parent child relationships and sibling bonds.• Address risk factors through guided interactions and skill building.• Progress toward permanency in alignment with ASFA and Family First Prevention Act expectations(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
