CSE-24651 - USA (Fort Leavenworth, Kansas) - Electronic Security System Lifecycle Replacement Service - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic security system lifecycle replacement service to the government authority located in Fort Leavenworth, KS. – Provide Life–Cycle Replacement and Upgrade of the Access Control Systems (ACS) and Network Video Management Server.– The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non– personal services necessary to perform Life–Cycle Replacement of the existing Access Control System and Network Video Server.– Design and install an access control system to replace Lenel Controllers with Software House/Johnson Controls iSTAR Ultra G2 and iSTAR Edge G2 controllers (or equivalent) with all modules, parts and pieces required to provide complete functional system for each building on the campus.– The replacement of Access Control Systems will be installed in a phased plan by building. Each building will be priced and installed as a complete system conversion.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
