Description
The applicant wishes to purchase only 12 APC SMX3000LV - Smart-UPS X 3kVA Rack/Tower Convertible 4U or equivalent. . All equipment shall be new and shall include manufacturer warranty (three year). If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal demonstrating that the proposed equipment is equivalent and will work in the existing network or the proposal will not be considered. . The bid shall clearly show for each item proposed: Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part#/SKU; Unit Cost and what percent of the cost is eligible under the E-Rate program rules. . The bidder shall provide their SPIN in their proposal (or provide documentation that a SPIN has been applied for) and shall provide documentation that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed. . SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. . The applicant reserves the right to reject bids that are received on or after the 29th day after issuance of the Form 470.
