Vendor needs to provide videographer service. – Produce 20 professionally developed training videos examining firefighter fatality incidents and identifying critical lessons learned to improve firefighter safety, survivability, and risk awareness.  – These videos will serve as educational resources for the fire service community and will be developed in collaboration with subject matter experts, incident stakeholders, and agency leadership.– Provide professional videography, editing, and post–production services for the project.• Pre–production planning:– Review incident reports, supporting documentation, photographs, and other background materials necessary for video development.– Assist in identifying visual storytelling opportunities that support the educational goals of each video.• Video production and field recording:– Provide professional video recording services for interviews, site visits, incident location footage, and other project–related content.– Capture high–quality video and audio utilizing professional production equipment.– Record interviews with subject matter experts, fire service personnel, investigators, witnesses, and other approved participants.– Capture supplemental footage, including apparatus, facilities, training activities, demonstrations, and environmental footage as appropriate.• Collaboration with subject matter experts.• Post–production services:– Edit raw footage into draft and final training videos.– Integrate photographs, graphics, animations, maps, timelines, diagrams, and supporting visual elements as appropriate.– Enhance video and audio quality through color correction, sound mixing, and other professional post production techniques.• Review, revision, and quality assurance:– Participate in review sessions with the program manager, director of fire service programs, and designated agency representatives.– Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions into successive video drafts.• Final production and distribution preparation:– Prepare final mastered versions of each video in formats specified by the agency.– Deliver video files optimized for online distribution, training delivery platforms, conference presentations, and other approved uses.
