Vendor needs to provide cloud–based paperless medication guides and patient education platform. – Provide a paperless delivery system for agency–required medication guides and patient education materials through QR–code access printed on outpatient prescription labels. – This solution will replace the current paper–based workflow and provide Veterans with digital access to medication information, videos, transcripts, and administration instructions. • Provide a fully managed, cloud–based paperless medication–guide solution that:– Generates a unique QR code on the prescription label for each outpatient prescription.– Links veterans to agency–approved, up–to–date medication guides, patient education sheets, and instructional videos.– Integrates with ScriptPro automation to ensure medication–specific information is available for every prescription.– Provides content in English and Spanish, written at a 4th–6th grade reading level.– Provides videos compliant with accessibility requirements.– Ensures pharmacy staff can opt veterans out of electronic guides upon request.– Ensures no Protected Health Information (PHI) is encoded in or transmitted through the QR code.• Tasks:– Integrate the QR–code solution with ScriptPro outpatient pharmacy systems, ensure QR code population on labels, and maintain compatibility with Cerner/Oracle Health workflows.– Provide agency–approved content, medication–specific videos, transcripts, images, and annual content updates.– Data security and privacy.– Provide implementation support, go–live assistance, staff training materials, and technical assistance.– Maintain uptime ≥ 99%, provide continuous cloud access, and respond to support inquiries within one business day.
