USASA Enclave POM & Naval Research Laboratory Electrical Diagnostic, Repair & Installation Job Order Contract

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, diagnostic and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and/or electrical components; installation of new circuits, circuit breakers, contractors, transformers, variable frequency drives, motors, switches, relays, fixtures, and similar electrical components; high voltage (12.4 kV) switchgear switching, service, and repairs; calibrate, program, and/or replace relays and breakers; electrical panel service, repair, and maintenance; transformer service, repair, maintenance, and/or replacement when necessary; and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the United States Army Signal Activity Camp Roberts (USASACR).
