(1) Vendor needs to provide servicenow solution design, configure, implement and deploy.– Professional consulting, design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition services to develop enhancements to the initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and implement additional modules developed for the ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) system.– ServiceNow LSD System” refers to the software platform, applications, and workflows developed.– Establish and facilitate a baseline/sandbox demonstration environment for each module prior to committing customizations.– Build reporting structures on custom question fields (e.g., Date Filed, Responsible Paralegal, etc.).– Invoice Management (e.g. automated invoice review, approval workflow, maintain invoices and associated documents, etc.)– Workflows with templates (e.g. engagement letters, outside Counsel selection memos, settlement agreements, request for settlement authority, etc.).– Automate document ingest: ensure files attached during matter creation automatically map to the matter Artifacts tab.– Workflow Enhancements (e.g. task/phase updates, dashboard/tracking, data/metrics etc.)
