(1) Vendor needs to provide IP–hosted communication solution. – Providing hosted IP–based communication services for inmates at the county correctional facility.– Capability to provide the engineering, deployment and maintenance of a singular communications solution.– System shall be a turnkey telephone system and service and shall operate on one platform with one pint of access.– Provide live domestic customer service support to constituents 24 hours a day, year–round, without exception allowing constituents to set up accounts, make payments, access account information, and resolve issues.– Provide domestic full service online support including account setup, payments, access to account information, calculate call rates, and resolve issues (including online chat and email support) via company website.– Website and constituent portal must be accessible to support mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets.– Ability to manage phone services, video visitation services, and email services from one centralized web–based portal.– Provide inmate phones, remote administration station, the automated inmate call control system, and other proposed products and features to be completed within one hundred twenty days after contract award and full execution.– Provide non–coin, inmate telephones composed of durable equipment suitable for jail environments.– System must be able to utilize current computers that are available at the county without the need to purchase additional computers.– Investigative software must provide facilities with the option to be a part of a community based information sharing platform. – E–mail reporting.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
