(1) Vendor needs to provide intranet services on SharePoint.– Transfer & rebuild the organization’s intranet and its associated systems within the agency’s Microsoft 365 SharePoint environment utilizing implementation for easy to use and efficient workflows for all agency employees– Engagement encompasses a review of the current internal website and its critical functions for reproduction, including but not limited to:– SharePoint Intranet Site Functionality & Key Functional Elements– Review of the internal website content, critical forms and submission systems, and document repositories to be reproduced and implanted into the Microsoft 365 environment.– Create a agency intranet SharePoint website with a navigation menu, department and program landing pages and necessary sub–pages– Migrate webpage content to new pages on SharePoint– Maintain a living website operations manual updated throughout the life of the contract– Integration of internal project submission & management system with project database– Internal SharePoint web site hosting maintenance(2) The contract period will be for one year.
