(1) Vendor needs to provide audiovisual and surveillance camera systems consulting services to the government authority located in Union City, NJ. – Provide consulting services for audiovisual and surveillance camera systems for the library rebuild project.– Provide consulting services for audiovisual and surveillance camera systems for the library rebuild project during the construction, and post–construction phases.– Develop audiovisual and surveillance camera systems design based on the current room geometries, ceiling heights, etc.– Audiovisual System minimum requirements:– Room 102: This large meeting, community, and presentation room is designed to host presentations, film screenings, community events, and job or health fairs.– Rooms 205, 208, and 303: These rooms are intended for small hybrid meetings, classes, and presentations that include both in–person and virtual attendees.– Surveillance camera system minimum requirement:– A single system that offers monitoring and recording of interior and exterior areas of the library building and allows for configuration of access and permissions based on security levels.– The system design must identify best location and appropriate cameras for each area where surveillance is requested.– Design must accommodate placing of cameras inside and outside the library building and include appropriate connectivity for all cameras.
