(1) Vendor needs to provide transit operations management, technical assistance, innovation and performance improvement services to the government authority located in Hyannis, MA.– Operator–management partner that can oversee the safe provision of daily service while helping modernize agency through data, dashboards, predictive analytics, automation, AI–supported reporting, better scheduling, procurement savings, labor productivity, and a more coordinated regional mobility ecosystem.– Assisting agency in carrying out the functions of transit planning, marketing, real estate management, equipment and building utilization and maintenance, safety and security, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) management and design, routes, scheduling, fares, service standards, purchasing, accounting, budgeting, safety, insurance and claims, public relations, equipment selection, grant applications, and all other normal managerial functions reasonably required in the day to day operation of the Transit System– Employment, supervision, hiring, and training of all personnel (including Drivers, Dispatchers, Schedulers, Supervisors, Clerks, and Maintenance personnel)– Supervision of fixed route and on–demand operations and dispatching of vans/buses– Ensuring agency equipment is maintained and repaired as needed.– Assisting agency in public relations and promotions– Financial Management, including preparation of budgets, analysis and report of financial and other matters pertaining to the operation of the services, as requested by agency(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
