Description
The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Permits, License & Inspection, is currently soliciting a list of pre-qualified contractors to perform demolitions in accordance with the City of Pittsburgh's new Lead Safety Ordinance . The ordinance applies to demolition of pre-1978 structures where services commence on or after May 29th, 2022. The term of each awarded PQ List Agreement will begin upon execution and continue through May 31st, 2025 with One, Two-Year Option to Renew.
