STAFF-16352 - USA (Chicago, Illinois) - Temporary Staffing Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.   – Temporary staff workers shall be required to wear identification badges at all times while performing services under this contract.     – Temporary staff shall comply with the board's attendance and timekeeping procedures, which may include the use of a Board–provided QR code or other electronic timekeeping method.– Twenty temporary staff members to work a daytime shift ranging from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Temporary staff must be available to work some weekends, and if needed, longer hours on electionday.– Temporary staff members must provide their own transportation to the training and work locations.– Phone operators and clerical staff.– Assistant trainers.– IT specialist.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.          (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on July 01, 2026.
