Description
It is the intent of this solicitation to enter into a one-year agreement with one supplier of bulk pool chemicals, per specifications, for use by the City’s Parks and Recreation Department. Prices shall include delivery and shall remain firm for a period of one year from date of award. Under the solicitation process, the stipulations set forth herein are fully binding on the bidder to the extent that you confirm acceptance by your signature on the Respondent’s Certification page.
