Reprographic Services

General work description: Contractor shall provide full-service, high-quality print services on an as–needed basis for business materials including, but not limited to; newsletters, flyers, growth charts, coloring books, postcards, stickers, and brochures. The Contractor must deliver a final pre-release proof to the department Project Manager for approval prior to production. The ability to process a high volume of print material within a short period of time is highly desirable. ***SAMPLE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS*** Sample submission must be received by bid proposal submission deadline on July 15, 2024 at 2pm. Samples must be delivered to Attn: David Mojarro: 400 W. Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92701. County will not be responsible for any samples not lost in transit and delivered to the above address. If the samples are not received per the requirements above, proposal may be determined non-responsive.
