(1) Vendor needs to provide FMLA management administration services to the government authority located in Tahlequah, OK.– End–to–end administration of FMLA and any applicable state–mandated leave programs. The solution must provide robust automation, mitigate legal risk, and streamline communication for a large–scale, potentially multi–site workforce.– Real–time alerts for claim status, missing doc reminders, and approval notifications– Digital designation notices, weekly status summaries, and return–to–work countdowns• Benefits & Premium Billing: System must generate reports or interface with benefits a    admins to ensure employee premium collection during unpaid leave.• Second/Third Opinion Network: Vendor should maintain a neutral physician networkto handle medical certification disputes and second/third opinions.• Concurrent 'Shadow' Leaves: Ability to track non–FMLA company leaves (Bereavement, Jury Duty, Personal) within the same platform for a single source of truth.• Military & Exigency Leave: specific workflows for military caregiver and Qualifying Exigency leaves with non–standard durations,(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3)Location of Services:  Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
