CONS-24120 - USA (Georgia) - Design Professional Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design professional services to the government authority located in Georgia.– The work includes, but is not limited to planning and programming, conceptual design concepts, schematic design, design development, construction documents, demolition plans, construction phasing plans, and construction contract administration.– The Design Professional will be required to use the program management software, e–Builder, as a document control system.– The Design Professional will provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) and clash detection for designs.– Design Professional will also be responsive to school and community feedback and make design adjustments and revisions as needed for phase approvals.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 06, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
