ACCT-26614 - USA (Battery Park City, New York) - Pre-Qualified Rent Revenue Audit Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–qualified rent revenue audit services to the government authority located in Battery Park City, NY. – Provide such other rent revenue audit, lease compliance, financial review, reconciliation, investigative audit, and related consulting services as may be identified.– The report should include an overall summary with a background and scope statement, and the results of the Audit, reflecting the financial impact of each finding.– Obtain the data and information which includes audited financial statements, schedule of revenues, cash receipt registers, deposit registers, trial balances (accrual and cash) and detailed schedules supporting the performance rent and reconcile it with the invoices submitted.– Analyze the detailed schedules supporting the performance–based rent reported and look for items excluded and not reported for the year being audited.– Proposer shall examine the timeframe of billing and issuance of payment between the building condominium management and the unit owners.– The review will encompass accuracy of billing, balances, and receivables integrity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
