(1) Vendor needs to provide special inspections and materials testing services to the government authority located in Santa Barbara, CA.– Special inspection and materials testing services team to protect the county’s interests and assist the construction manager with keeping the project on schedule and on budget.– Services include project coordination, technical support, and management, including review of the project plans and specifications, and work scheduling.– Perform as needed special inspection and material testing services such as steel and concrete inspection, welding inspection, pile driving inspections, expansion anchors, epoxy anchors, tension testing, powder actuated fasteners and shot pins, high strength bolts, and other as needed type of special inspection and material testing services.– Laboratory testing, including concrete, mortar, grout, and masonry prism compressive strength testing on representative samples obtained in the field.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
