Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Southwest Virginia Regional Readiness Center – Modernization, Back Up Generators located at 26502 Newbanks Road, Abingdon VA 24210, VAFM Project Number 25-0007, PC#123-B2123-002. The project is generally described as construction of a new backup generator to serve the SWVA RRC and the adjacent National Guard Recruiting Center.Sealed bids will be received electronically through eVA only. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 P.M. sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
