(1) Vendor needs to provide evening reporting centre services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.Provide an evening reporting centre under raise the age legislation in an effort to reduce the reliance on non–secure, secure, and specialized secure detention and to reduce the probability of out of home placement for juvenile justice involved youth.(2) A contract term will be for one year.
