(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management system to the government authority located in New York.– Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) capable of supporting statewide environmental monitoring, contaminant assessment, regulatory enforcement, public health advisories, ecological research, and conservation decision–making.– Provide 24/7/365 software maintenance and technical support – Ability to import data from legacy databases; and access archived data as per agency policies. – A system to trace multiple aliquots. – Replace legacy Microsoft Access database for sample processing parameters. – Ability to track consumables and solvent inventory. – Ability to follow agency defined SOPs / Quality Control Management.
