(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing service to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. • Implement the various projects engineering effort;• Facilitate and implement the timely development and completion of various projects objectives and goals.• Initiate, manage and produce the geotechnical engineer, assessment and construction materials testing of the various projects.• Foundation design and analysis– site investigation and evaluation to provide cost effective foundations; dewatering concepts, seepage calculations, subsoil modifications, etc.• Vibration monitoring.• Materials sampling and testing and on–site visual inspection of soils, concrete, masonry, reinforcing, structural and miscellaneous steel, asphalt, piles, roofing, and miscellaneous construction materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 21, 2026.
