(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise cloud and network operations and management support services.– Contractor support will include the operations and management, sustainment, and support for cloud environments and services, including the current Azure impact level (IL) 4/5 security environment and Intune management of Nautilus Endpoints.– Provides performance–based requirements to ensure confidentiality, availability, performance, compliance, and security for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune–managed endpoints, SD–WAN, and other CSP environments, while remaining cloud–agnostic to support multi–cloud operations.– Provide enterprise IT support services, including but not limited to help desk, network operations, and cybersecurity.– Architecture improvements include implementing enterprise cloud solutions that include installing Azure HCI Stacks that will effectively bring cloud services closer to end–users.– Network and SD–WAN management.– Cloud tenant and Microsoft 365 management.– Endpoint management.– IT service and cloud service management.– Records management, eDiscovery, and compliance.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
