MRB-56977 - USA (Pennsylvania) - Sustainability Initiatives Outreach Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainability initiatives outreach services.– Assist ongoing education and public relations work for its residential and commercial recycling program, litter reduction programs, including the support for the Spring Cleanup and Anti–Litter Program– Marketing and education support for programs such as the council district cleaning teams, scheduled multi department cleaning programs, gateway cleaning projects, illegal dumping program support, and greening projects.– Create, develop and update recycling program education materials including flyers, bin labels, Water Department Bill Stuffers, interactive web–based games/information, and promotional items as needed.– Create, update and develop focused media campaigns, including social media toolkits, and social media interaction feedback processes– Coordinate production and manage distribution of materials to support marketing efforts.– Target activities and campaigns supporting special collections, and commercial single & multi–family buildings.– Web Site and Social Media support for organic and paid social media campaigns.– Public Relations Support– Community Outreach: A range of tactics are used for community outreach to build support for programs and inform the public about Sanitation Department actives.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
