NET-17568 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Internet and DDoS Mitigation Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide internet and DDoS mitigation services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. • Bandwidth and availability: Provide Internet services with 99.999% annual uptime availability.• DDoS protection: Provide high–availability upstream volumetric DDoS detection and auto–mitigation with a 15–minute SLA for mitigation.• BGP Routing: Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is required to support load sharing between two ISPs across separate agency facilities.• Diversity: Provide information on how the Internet service circuits at agency have sufficient redundancy such that loss of service at agency does not impact the secondary data center circuits.• Operations and SLA: – Provide 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) support with qualified Level 1–3 technicians and local fi eld service availability.– Provide online administrative tools for monitoring, reporting, and ticket tracking.– Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports must be provided for all service outages.• Vendor shall be fully responsible for identifying, planning, managing and completing all physical construction, fiber installation, trenching, conduit placement, rights–of–way/permitting, inside plant (ISP) wiring and outside plant (OSP) civil infrastructure necessary to deliver the requested services to the specified agency location.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
