Landscape Maintenance Services for Medians and Roadsides

The City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility Streets Maintenance Division is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide landscape maintenance services for the City Right-of-Way. The areas to be serviced under this contract have been divided into four groups: NW Northwest - North of Broadway Blvd and West of Alvernon Way SW Southwest - South of Broadway Blvd and West of Alvernon Way NE Northeast - North of Broadway Blvd and East of Alvernon Way SE Southeast - South of Broadway Blvd and East of Alvernon Way The Scope of Work contained herein represents the minimum requirements for services under this contract. Offerors are encouraged to propose enhancements to these minimum requirements. Offerors are encouraged to visit each site before submitting a proposal.
