(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call airport engineering, architectural and construction inspection and administration consultant services including project planning, geotechnical/subsurface investigations and topographic surveying, environmental assessments, preliminary and final design, bidding, and construction inspection/management to the government authority located in Swainsboro, GA.– Assist with DBE Program Overall Goal Updates / Program Administration. – Construct/Rehabilitate Airfield Drainage Systems. – Construct/Rehabilitate Airfield Pavement, Lighting, and NAVAIDs/ILS Improvements. – Construct/Rehabilitate Airport Buildings (Terminal / Hangars / Maintenance). – Construct/Rehabilitate Airport Roadways and Parking Lots. – Install/Upgrade Airport Fencing and Security Systems.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for one year.
