(1) Vendor needs to provide magazine print services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– The selected contractor will be responsible for printing the magazine and any associated inserts, securely receiving and managing confidential mailing data, addressing and preparing publications for mailing.– Proposer must possess equipment and processes capable of accurately reading mailing data files, printing recipient addresses, and matching recipients to the correct customized magazine edition. – Proposer must have the capability to print on a multi–unit heatset press with ribbon deck technology, or equivalent equipment capable of meeting the University's print quality standards. – Proposer must have the capability to print five–color publications with full bleeds, spot varnish applications, and customized edition changes within the same production run.– Print and distribute a minimum of 200,000 copies per issue, with quantities expected to increase annually.– Print a 64–page plus cover magazine in a Slim–Jim format measuring approximately 5.5 inches wide by 10.5 inches high (trimmed as required to meet USPS mailing weight requirements). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
