Vendor needs to provide demolition services to the government authority located in Cherokee, IA. – Assist with demolition and disposal of all materials, and restoration of the ground from the agency’s two water storage materials in accordance with accepted state and federal regulations.– Demolition and removal of two water storage buildings. – Restoration of the ground area including the filling of the area to meet agency specifications and seeding of the area. – Related traffic control.– Proper actions to prevent unwanted runoff of soil, debris, and other materials from the project site to public land including the right–of–way, this includes prevention during the demolition work and after the demolition.
