(1) Vendor needs to provide moving and storage services to the government authority located in Brownstown, MI.• Agency is seeking a moving and storage provider with the depth, breadth, and quality of resources necessary to provide the moving and storage services• Classroom Relocation: The awarded Vendor shall provide classroom relocation services for projects of varying size and complexity. – Services shall include the safe handling, transportation, placement, and setup of classroom furniture, instructional materials, equipment, and other contents in accordance with District schedules and floor plans.– Typical projects may include:• Classroom–to–classroom relocations• School–to–school relocations• Administrative office relocations• Library relocations• Warehouse relocations• Furniture relocations• Temporary relocations during construction projects• Relocation of furniture, equipment, and contents associated with modular classrooms• District–wide relocation projects(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
