(1) Vendor needs to provide STEAM lab technician support services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. – The selected vendor shall provide qualified personnel to support the implementation, operation, maintenance, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) learning environments throughout the agency.– Services shall support the agency’s phased expansion of STEAM, robotics, computer science, engineering design, innovation, and related instructional programs across elementary, middle, and selected high school campuses.– The contractor shall provide personnel who will:• Assist with the setup, installation, organization, and deployment of STEAM laboratory equipment, instructional technologies, makerspace resources, and learning environments.• Support the establishment of newly implemented STEAM Labs and innovation spaces.• Conduct operational testing and verification of equipment and technologies prior to student use.• Assist with classroom and laboratory preparation for instructional activities.• Coordinate with District staff and school site personnel to ensure STEAM learning environments are fully operational and prepared for instruction.• Support technology refreshes, equipment upgrades, and reconfiguration of STEAM learning spaces as directed by the District.• Assist with inventory management and asset tracking of STEAM–related equipment and materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
