Vendor needs to provide conference facilities services to the government authority located in Rochester, MN. • Provide ample room for attendees to park.• Provide the agency and conference attendees with access to a computer, internet, a printer, copying equipment, and a fax machine, on the lodging premises.• Make the conference space available to the conference organizers to set up for the conference, beginning at 2:00 PM Central Time on the day before the start of the conference.• Meeting room requirements: – Registration area: Provide a large foyer area for registration.– General session room– Breakout session rooms– Dining room• Provide reusable service ware (i.e., plates, bowls, mugs, cups, flatware, and serving ware) if dishwashing services are available onsite.• Audio visual equipment and on–site technical support
