(1) Vendor needs to provide exterior window cleaning services to the government authority located in Iowa.• Washing and scrubbing all exterior glass windows and accessible glass surfaces.• Removing dirt, dust, pollen, cobwebs, insect debris, bird droppings, and other surface contaminants using standard window cleaning methods.• Cleaning exterior window frames, sills, and ledges where accessible as part of the cleaning process.• Leaving all glass clean, streak–free, and free of visible residue.• Providing all labor, equipment, lifts, ladders, water, and supplies necessary to complete the work safely and efficiently.• Chemical restoration or chemical glass treatments.• Water–repellent coatings or protective treatments.(2) Contract term will be for three years.
